Early in his career, founder and CEO, Art Berard returned from military duty in Vietnam and began working as a flight instructor and charter pilot in Memphis, Tennessee during the late 1970's while attending Memphis State University. After moving to Florida in 1978, Art took a position as sales manager for a full-service FBO selling corporate aircraft. He gained a wide range of experience in marketing and management of turbo-prop and jet aircraft. During 1981 Berard Aviation, Inc. was formed and the company has over the years built a sizable group of clients who depend on Berard Aviation, Inc. for their level of expertise, experience and most of all "trust" in all their transactions. Art has served his community as a church school board chairman, as a board member of Florida Hospital – Tampa, and currently is a member of the Global Aircraft Dealers Association and serves on the Best Practices Committee.

Barry started his career in aviation in 1986 as an Air Traffic Controller for the USAF. While in the Air Force he learned to fly and later took his first corporate flying job in a Seneca II. As he moved up the aviation ladder he achieved an FAA ATP rating and became type rated in seven different jets including a Proline 21 equipped Challenger 300 and Gulfstream G450. Barry has about 8000 hours of accident free flight time. For the past 18 years Barry has enjoyed the personal one-on-one relationship that develops while helping clients find the right aircraft for their operation and he is a credit to the industry and the team of brokers at Berard Aviation, Inc.

Alex has over 14,000 hours flight experience and is type rated in the Bombardier CRJ, the Boeing 737 series, and the Boeing 777. He is an expert in the flight characteristics, performance and systems of these aircraft and many other turboprops and jets. Alex is excited about the sales process helping clients find just the right aircraft for their needs.

Rinaile grew up in an aviation family that owns a large FBO in Brazil. He learned early on the value of good customer relations and grew into a jet type rating flying his clients in a Falcon 10. Today with an ATP and type ratings in an Embraer Legacy 650 and a Gulfstream G550 he helps high end clients reach their customers to develop face-to-face relationships to grow their businesses. Rinaile speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese; and he has expertise in the entire sales cycle including import and export sales and acquisitions.
